which is made of a single piece of stamped metal and crimped to the lid like a lantern crown (none of mine are spot welded) and for which there are no parts except another junk lanterns as Kevin suggests. In spite of the cost of another usable lid this seems the easiest fix for your lantern, simply open the rolled part of the hinge around the upper support ring on both lanterns swap lids and re-crimp the replacement. Other than that, just buy another Night Watch in good condition and keep the previous one for parts.
