Your welcome, if you have a copy of Lanterns That Lit Our World, on Pg.78 is what appears to be a catalog illustration showing a similar padlock on a Dietz Steel Clad Watchman's Safety Lantern. Although I've not seen Dietz offer padlocks in their ads along with lanterns I wouldn't be surprised, I hadn't known C.T. Ham made "Water Closets" and other water saving devices until recently either.
