marine tubular

This may not be a traffic,or construction lantern,but it is a tubular lantern. A rare dietz tubular marine lantern. It's a cold blast.It's all brass and is an early one with soldered joints at top tubes. All solder construction. Ca.1888/1912.Any comments?
