I feel a trip to "the depot" is in the near future.

I just wanted to see if anyone had a definite "use this paint" story.

While I had the lantern apart this morning to see what was rattling around inside the tank, about a 3/4" by 1/4" flake of what appears to be the original paint fell out into my hand.
I figure I'll bring that with me to the store to compare to paint lid colors.

The rattling, by the way, turned out to be a chunk of something sooty that was actually in the top of the lantern, not the tank.
