Here in Tennessee, the stations keep Kero in above ground tanks. The smaller stations also keep the Diesel in above groung storage tanks.
I do not know that I have bought any with water in it, but I'm sure there's some water in the bottom of the tank.
I have to keep all of my fuel tanks on the farm equipment full to avoid condensation in the tank due to the temperature swings each day, especially mid summer and mid winter.
If I put a half full gas can outside, you would not believe how much condensation builds up on the parts of the can with no gas and this all ends up in the bottom of the can. The same goes for Kero & Diesel.
