Highway/Street Kerosene Traffic Lanterns: Re: Dietz no 60 inspector lamp

Actually the No. 60 Beacon, discussed here, is a large side lamp with reflector that was used for general area lighting. It was a bit big to carry around very much. The No. 30 Beacon is the same style but smaller, with a standard size globe and burner. Inspector lamps are standard size with a hood and 5 inch reflector and have a large handle on the back. The No. 30 was also issued with a dash spring clip as a wagon dash lamp.
