Hello, I picked this lantern up at an auction for curiosity. The thumb wheel on the burner reads R.L.OAKES PATD. FEB. 17, 1903. The chimney has a (Mica ?) lens to see the burner and an (asbestos ?)handle. I have no idea what the arms are used for.
