You have 100% positive feedback so obviously your customers have been very pleased. One of the joys of collecting is that you never know everything. I've collected lanterns, insulators, and railroad items for many years and am always amazed at the new things I can learn, or relearn in the case of things I THOUGHT I knew but it turns out I was wrong. I'll never be a "know-it-all" which is just fine with me. Learning new information is at least half the fun and it is much cheaper then the actual collecting.
