Hi. Yes, patent # 1,610,301. It seems my grandafther also sued Toledo Pressed Steel over his claimed patent rights, but lost. The case is McCloskey v. Toledo Pressed Steel and was decided by the US Court of Appeals on January 18, 1929 (he thereafter petitioned to the US Supreme Court but cert. was denied.)
