Somewhere in the 1920-1932 period is my best guess from what I see. The production date is stamped into the front of the right tube near the top height of the globe. Usually a little paint stripper or steel wool work will make the patents and production date legible. Magnification is sometimes necessary. Let me know if you find any part legible so I can enter this lamp into my database.
