Thanks, John. That fill doesn't look very offset, to me. This version can only be narrowed to 1915-1919, at the moment. It appears to have the one-piece combination staple guide and thumb rest on the left tube. I have not encountered a patent on this, although it was patentable because of it's dual function. This could well be the first version with that feature because of the 1908 last patent wherein they dropped the 1912 and/or 1913 patents as a production marker. Notwithstanding my usual caveat about interchangeable parts, I would say this is closer to 1915 than 1919 because of the one-piece fill cap and FITALL globe.
