Correction: The Fitall was the standard tall globe in 1912, and would be your easier to find back-up period globe; but there were Blizzard globes also. The early ones were cold blast globes, more robust than a Fitall and the later Fitzall and were embossed DIETZ BLIZZARD New York N.Y. and go back to 1898 The 1912 Blizzard globe should be the one with Dietz logo on it and BLIZZARD COLD BLAST.
