This looks like it has a 1950 crown, 1938 tubes and 1953 fount. The first Streamline D-Lite is rare and had the straight-sided pivoted bail with peened ends, we see here, and started with the winglock cone burner. Most of them you see today are the later (1942-1952) version with rising cone burner and the shouldered bail. BB
