Hi, you can sign up for a free web based image hosting site, (I currently use photobucket.com) then upload and store your images there. Once that is done you click on the image button at the bottom of the "Message" field here then copy and paste the image URL from the hosting site (they call it image code) to the "Optional Image URL" field, then click the "Add" button which should add the link to your photo to your post. and you should end up with something like this.
