That is the correct lift plate (Inside Flag) for 1916, but not the rising cone burner as advertized in the 1917 catalog. I have 1914 and 1915 versions that are indeed Rising Cone. The rising cone was abandoned in late 1919 in favor of the older winglock cone we see here. Part of the complication in dating these is that Wizards, Blizzards and D-Lites were made at both Dietz plants and were not necessarily identical versions. BB
