I have to agree with John and say red. Of all the Bell System lanterns I have seen, there have only been a couple that were painted a different color. I noticed that there isn't a Handlan marked with Bell System on the lantern markings list so I will be sure to add that on the next update.
Is that marking on the fount or top?
