If it mean't the same thing as a railroad lantern blue globe did, then blue what sort of an early "lock-out tag-out" marking.
It mean't don't operate this equipment as there is a person under/on top of/invloved with it in some way that would be dangerous if operated.
I have two of them. As Traffic Gard globes go they tend to be on the expensive side, probably exceeded in value only by Green.
