The Hurwood Mfg. Co "Bishop"

Has anyone info on this lantern? The Hurwood Mfg. Co "BISHOP" HB Wagon lantern. Not Aladdin. Has a different lift and mechanism than other Hurwoods I have seen. Sleeve over left tube. Wagon clamp is non working? Looks like it was installed backward? Prototype?
