All my birds have always loved bananas.. if I put in their bowl wont eat… but will eat if we eat together while I hold …not sure if the video took but hope so

It's okay to share food. I'd recommend breaking a piece off before you share. If you take a bite, then break a small piece off to remove your saliva... then offer them the banana. Just to be on the safe side. I'm fairly certain everyone here has had a bird share the part of the food the human has bitten, whether we want to share or not! LOL

But, I like being safe when I can. Mine won't touch bananas, drat!

Thank you sees..I know exactly what you mean about the salvia .. always careful with that…have to do the fake bite sometimes cause you know if we have it they want it..lol

I can't remember if I ever tried banana with Shiloh or not. She loved bites of apple with the skin off but only if I stood there and fed her by hand. Otherwise it was ignored.

Busy little beaks there! I love Happy's tiel trill.
