I've been a bit under the weather.... apparently my body doesn't like Iron supplements much. My insides were hurting, I was nauseous, dizzy, achy... like a weird flu or something.

I'm better. If you have acid reflux, or IBS, you have to be careful which supplements you take. I'll try gummy ones, see if that helps.

Plus, ear fluid, which also made me a bit dizzy. That's better now.

Birdies are all fine. Mr Tweets, the tiel who hates hands, walked across my hand yesterday! That's a first for him! He walked over my hand twice while I was resting.

Budgies, Rainbow and Solomon are still doing good, too. My freshly cleaned bird room that was ready when we all woke up is already a mess of seeds everywhere! The budgies sling them so far!

Glad you are back!

Hopefully it was the Iron supplements. I know that, with IBS myself, I have been affected by them and I usually never suffer side effects from anything.

For me, it does make things better, though, to feel little feets, little birdie bodies crawling on you when you are resting and feeling icky. Especially when it is one that avoids those scary hands!

That does NOT sound like fun at all. I'm glad it's working its way out. For some of my supplements I think about gummies but then I think about my teeth and fillings. You know, I never thought about supplements and IBS flare-ups. Pardon the pun but it's food for thought.

Happy to hear you are feeling better.

I check in here often but don't post much lately. I still work full time and find I do not manage my time well most days. My days are too long. Hoping to retire soon!
