I caught the news yesterday about the horrid flooding in downtown Phoenix. Were you affected at all?

Thank you for asking, it’s sweet of you! We aren’tvin any ofbthe areas that flooded, thankfully. It was 100 or so miles east, in Globe AZ, that was worst. Some areas maybe 50 miles or less north were pretty bad, too. We did get heavy rain.

I'm glad you're ok also. I can't even imagine the horror of going through something like this.

I can't either and don't want to. I had a bad enough time cleaning up after my toilet overflowed this morning. I can't imagine the massive cleanup needing to be done after major flooding.

Overflowing toilets are another kind of nightmare.

I take it you've been there. The good news is that the bathroom floor has finally been washed. I mean, I know that it was overdue for it, but Universe, seriously?

Oh, yeah, an overflowing toilet is a recurring dream, a nightmare, LOL, as the handful of times it really happened were burned on my brain forever. Plus, several years ago, the sewer pipe collapsed, and we woke up to raw sewage backed up in the bathtub. Thankfully, our landlord got the pipes replaced quickly. After such incidents, i just keep cleaning and sanitizing over and over!
