I tried, but the snow wouldn't stick very well. I couldn't even make a decent snowball. But I saw lots of pictures of other people making snowmen, even a snow mermaid! LOL

I walked in it, and then I swept it off the sidewalk, and swept it off my car. It had a dry feeling, and stuck to my clothes.

Looking back to childhood I realize that we kids weren't very creative. All we ever did was roll snow into a small, medium and large ball and call it a snowman. The snow that we got here last Wednesday was very powerdery which made cleaning off the car easy. I use a broom because it reaches across to the other side. But I sprained my right wrist which didn't show up until Friday. I could barely move it and it was swollen. Luckily I had wrist braces and wore one all day and night. It was improved by Saturday.

I'm glad your wrist improved. I did the same. I swept teh snow off with my broom because it was powdery here, too. I don't know how all the people made snowmen and such... I couldn't even do a snowball, it just wouldn't stick together.

Thanks! I'd prefer getting younger soon, LOL. I went to a healthfood store last night and they offer a free health magazine up front. The cashier was urging me to take one because it had good recipes in it. She asked "Do you like to cook?" and I said "Years ago but I'm tired at the end of the day after working all day" and she actually said this: "You still WORK?" Seriously? What planet is this kid from? Oh, and way to compliment someone. She didn't know my age from my license or anything. So now besides feeling old, I apparently look it, too, LOL. I'm not one for zingers back at people when they stick their foot in their mouths. Even if I was I only come up with good ones later on. My ex would have made mincemeat of her, though. 😁

That is funny. I definitely know the feeling. I always think of comebacks too late. That part of me seems to get worse as I get older and older. I now gain weight if I think about a chocolate cake - I don't even have to eat it.

Doh, I just realized why maybe she said that. They offer a "wisdom" (senior) discount and when I got done putting my items on the belt I told her that I was a senior. I'd forgotten about that. Now I'm glad that I didn't get snarky.
