Keeping Birds in Cage for One Week

I'm going to have to keep the birds in the cage for one week. I'm doing this because I have electrical issues with blinking lights in my bedroom and bathroom and maintenance will probably be coming in. They were in the cage and I shut the door. Even though they really don't fly around like they used to in my other apartment I don't want to have to chase them. I'll keep plenty of of millet for them. I feel terrible but it's best for everyone. Maintenance never gives me a time or day that they will be here so it will probably be less than a week.

They will be fine, I'd be scared if my lights started blinking. Hopefully they can fix sooner than later.

I'm horrified. I had this problem Jan and Feb then it stopped. It started again two weeks ago and management doesn't want to do anything. I might have to file a complaint with the Department of Housing. I had to pull the plugs from my lamp and my hepa machine in the bedroom. I have a bunch of battery run lights.

When I first moved here, I kept mine in their cages for a week so they could get used to the room and not get out and panic. It's okay. It keeps them safe and secure so you don't have to worry.

They will be fine. My birds would not like the lights blinking. I hope this gets fixed for you soon.
