to feed pellets as long as he gets other things like that beautiful kale for variety. Some millet and some seed as a treat, if you want to give it to him, is okay too.

Mine never converted to pellets. some have lived a very long life. Iknow birds on pellets that have lived a long life, too.

I think, as long as he's happy, and gets good exercise enjoys his food, it's all good! I'm glad he's a good eater!
