Well Ralph and my 2 budgies have their own room where Ralph can come out on top of his cage all day he sure is happy. Ralph isn’t hand friendly but when he gets on the floor he will go on my hand to put him up top on his gym set he mimics police sirens and whistles beautifully. I miss my Elvis RIP 6 months ago
