In the midst of watching everything unfolding (I was at work and one of my coworkers ran home to get her portable TV), standing there with everybody in total shock and disbelief, another coworker answered her phone and started screaming and wailing. Our boss had terminal cancer and had passed away as the towers were crumbling.
