I don't know. I didn't know anything about him except that he plucked under his wings and on his shoulders, and his former person had to go to a nursing home. He had been in a stressful situation for a year after that, and then I got him.

What was strange is that after his quarantine, when I let him meet the other birds, Riley went straight for him, and claimed him as his pal, or mate, or whatever. Riley and Rainbow had just ended their "marriage" after bickering a lot. Riley and Tweets were inseparable after that. But Tweets wasn't having anything romantic from Riley, LOL! Riley would try to mate, and Tweets would lose his temper! That's why I wondered if Tweets maybe had maybe a hormone deficiency or something.


He's always been a happy guy, and is getting a bit more cheerful again. I know he would like another pal, but he's stuck with me! He does groom my face sometimes. And occasionaly allows me to scritch his head with 1 finger. For a few seconds.
