They usually sit on the eggs for about 21 days. If she's abandoning them and not sitting on them I would take the eggs out. If I'm remembering correctly, once the first egg of another clutch is laid, owners will take it out and swap it with artificial eggs so it fools the hen into thinking she has a full clutch and won't lay any more eggs. For some birds using marbles works but not always. I found a great supplier of artificial eggs that I used years back, when I had a chronic egg layer. They really looked like the real thing.
