BBC Motion Gallery archive section has all of the original English dubbing of Barnaby, all episodes of Joe series 1 and 2 and episodes of White Horses including the episode 'suspicion falls on Andre' which might be the English dubbing but I'm not sure.

I emailed the BBC asking if they would consider putting Barnaby and Joe on dvd but they replied saying it's not commercially viable. Shame really, I wish there was some say to lobby the BBC to change their mind, or get the material licenced for a crowd funding project.
