Red was my ggg-grandmother! So we are distant 1/2 cousins. You mention quite strongly that Red was a sister to Red Cloud. I believe her Indian name was Red Cedar Woman (Ha-Te-Wi). I've also heard the name "Spotted Fawn". Are you familiar with any of this? My family has handed down stories which have always said Red was Red Cloud's sister, but we've yet to discover anyone who can firmly substantiate it. What are you basing this on?
