The newspaper account of the funeral of my great/g/g/ grandfather William C Miller states that he was laid to rest in the family vault. Whether it was one of those cut into the bank I don't know.
I visited the cemetery looking for his grave when I was up in Liverpool about 20 years ago but I couldn't find it. Never thought to venture up the paths beside the bank.
