Hi Pauline. I dont think the person who keeps this site going really knows that much about the people buried in st james or its history. Most of the gravestones were removed during the 1970s to make way for a park. 100s of stones were used to make the embankment that supports the treelined slopes. 100s more were stacked up and covered over to form the hilly embankment that overlooks upper parliament street end. The remaining stones are badly faded with time as sandstone does wear away. Most of these stones are not in their original place. I often walk through the cemetery i have noted your family member and will keep a look out for her gravestone. You could try an ancestry website? you might find out more on this type of website.
