Hi, I was interested to read about the commemorations for Edward Rushton this weekend, I am interested to know when he was exhumed from St James' Churchyard and reinterred in St James' Cemetery. Knowing that he was buried with his wife Isabella in the churchyard I always assumed that the family headstone in the cemetery was just a memorial inscription... but we live and learn!
