Hey Mike, thanks for getting back to me. So you solved the mystery!i have been calling back to this site incase an answer was found, interesting as i thought it was some kind of mill stone. I hope nobody shows any interest in it! or it might end up in someones garden as ornament. The snow drops are looking great in the park this time of year.
