At 94 and having lost her spouse and both her siblings having been the First Lady of Norway for both her grandfather and her father she was an important member of the Royal House. It's mainly time to be grateful for her long life and dedication to the Norwegian monarchy and the honesty, humor and humility she has shown over so many decades.

It's sad for the family but at the same time the princess was at an age where this could happen almost every day.
