During this period of mourning in Sweden, the palace announced happy news. Their Royal Highnesses, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, Duke and Duchess of Värmland became parents for the fourth time. On February 7th, at 1.10 pm, Princess Sofia gave birth to the couple's fourth child - a daughter. Mother and baby are doing well.


My very best wishes to the new family member and the whole family. The wee princess will grow up well protected by her three big brothers
