I'm assuming that Her Majesty will simply be styled as or referred to as Queen Margrethe, as opposed to Queen Margrethe II -- correct?
The latter really wouldn't make sense, since it is either a part of a formal regnal title or a historical reference (say, after her death). I believe that during her reign, she was technically "Her Majesty Margrethe II, Queen of Denmark."
