Today it is Sweden's National Day. A very special day this year, because it is exactly 500 years since Gustaf Eriksson was elected King in Strängnäs. No more Danish Kings as Kings of Sweden, so in a way the modern Swedish monarchy celebrates its 500th birthday today. (Sweden as a nation is older. Around 1000 years.)
Today, the King started the Royal celebration by attending a Service in the Strängnäs Cathedral.
