Finland and Sweden will most likely apply for membership in NATO a few days from now. It is very convenient that Finland's President Sauli Niinistö will come to Stockholm for a State Visit 17-18 May. The King and the President will issue a joint "press statement" on Tuesday morning which is very rare. Nothing has been said what this press statement will contain.
