There have been several news reports that the Shaman spoke with and got permission from the King to marry his daughter. But, as far as I know, there has been no formal announcement of an engagement.

According to Aftonbladet, Princess Märtha Louise and Durek Verrett are planning to get married. King Harald is said to have given his consent. Can anyone of our Norwegian posters confirm this?
