When I joined this board, just over 20 years ago, the online translations were not that sophisticated ...or accurate. Several of us translated from the various Scandinavian languages for the benefit of those posters who were not familiar with the languages. It's no longer necessary &, as you pointed out, it's easy enough to get a translation. Time for me to retire Previous MessagePrevious Message
I forgot there is an English version on the Court website! With all the translation possibilities these days there no need for me to translate Danish royal news stories any longer.
No problem, Kirsten. I noticed with other things, that not everything is always available in English! So I also check first the Danish version (thanks to google translate) and then have a look whether it's available in English too .
