How has the news about this gone down in Denmark?

It sort of leaves HM, the crown prince and princess Benedikte the only ones left in Denmark.
I understand that at some moment in their education the children of Frederik and Mary will spent some time in Australia and possibly France due to family connections. But this seems a bit like an extended skiing trip.

An announcement by the Danish Royal Court informed us all that the 4 royal siblings will all stay at the international school Lemania in Verbier / Switzerland as from the start of the New Year and for the following 12 weeks.
After that period of time they (and their mother who will stay close-by) will return to Denmark where the youngsters will continue at their regular school.
