Unlike most struggling promoters, who sign "has beens" in attempts to boost business, Armory Wrestling Express' Bill Gargle has cornered the market on "never weres" and "never will bes" in the wrestling game. Further proof of that was made known Monday afternoon when AWE "promotor" Gargle sent an email, in which he crowed that he had signed "Garbage" to an official AWE contract. While his note went to great lengths to announce how Garbage is "the baddest around" and constantly referred to the recipients of his email as Spock, Gargle never mentioned exactly who or what Garbage is.

PWL head booker Mike Hoffman was unavailable for comment early this evening. According to his spokesman, "Mr. Hoffman is currently sleeping off the effects of his Caesar's salad, clam chowder, shrimp cocktail, and crab alfredo. Thank you." The top comment on the situation was left to Joe The Giant, who informed staffers at The Wrestling Whirl: "Gee, that's funny. I've never seen garbage sign garbage before."
