Ryan. I talked to the National people today. Our current Exec Dir Craig Cress (yiu met him) is gonna retire after the 2028 Olympics. And much of the older commissioners will probably retire as well.

If they don't vote Softbal back in the Ilympics for 2032, you are gonna see ASA/USA go downhill fast.


ASA has got to pick up in the next 3 years, nationally and especially in this state. There are 21 for A Nationals and 25 for B. Both up from last year and Suprr/AA will be bigger as well. Why, because nationally, the associations work with each other. More and more conference teams are playing in ASA Nats.

This state has to learn from this and work with the other associations. USSSA had 20 E, One Nation had 19, GSL had 12 and we had 12. ASA is last. We have to pick the right venues at the right weekends. The only reason ASA registration is bigh in PA is because pur rSgistration includes Liability insurance. That's why you don't see many Utrip leagues. But on the other hand, their tournament program far exceeds ASA.

Ic we don't improve, we are just going to be a league based organization. With no teams playing tournaments or states.
