Start putting a deadline on these makeup games. Teams should have 3 weeks to make up a game. If not, both teams take losses. Can promise you if this is implemented you will have no issue scheduling games. The problem is teams try to field their entire team instead of taking what they can get. Saw it with Deons/Nonna mulligan bullshit.
