Here is the Link for the roster. Click on it and save it to your PC. You can save it as 2024-TeamName-Roster or something like that. Then please put your players information on it and email it to me at sdimitry@verizon.net
I have to approve and sign in order for your team to ho to states. If you can, please check your teams player ratings. I will do it also just to be safe.
Remember an E team can have three D2 players on the roster, not as pickups, but on your league roster you play in and plan to go to states with. You are allowed 3 pickup players, but they must be E players.
A D2 team can have three D1 players on it. And you also have 3 pickups (E or D2 players). For D2, you can have as many D2+ players on your roster as you want.
A D1 team is a whole different entity. You can have C players on the roster. Don't ask me why these rules are the way the are. I'm just one vote on the committee. D1/C will be one tournament with the usual mess that goes along with it.
I will post the link to the player classification page here.
Ignore the Home Run rules listed on that page as they are fir 2023. The 2024 Home Run rules for thus years states are as follows.
E . 2 HRs and any excess will be outs
D2 . 4 HRs and then 1-up after that
D1/C . 6 HRs and then 1 up after that.
A D1-C team is allowed one restricted player on the team. Restricted players were players rated A or B.
Once again. I am posting this for the teams that want to attend the ASA states. I don't make up these rules, they are made up and voted upon by a group of highly intelligent and knowledgeable softball people in this state.

Just search for the player on your team and then click on him to see his currant rating. Or hit "cntl F" to "find" the player. Most of the ratings are accurate. Yes. Some are screwed up, so if you see one of your players that you don't feel is listed correctly. PLEASE let me know right away so I can call Mike Ulmer and have him correct it. You can email me or text me (610-716-6191). Please let me know as soon as possible. If you have questions as to you can or cannot have on your roster, please just ask.
You guys that know me also know I never say no. I will work with you and try to find any way legally possible to help you and your team.
Bit, for whatever state you plan to attend, you must get me the roster at least one week ahead of time. They always do the draw the week before. I have to have the entrance fee to them as well. But I'm not worried about that. I, as d8strict Commissioner can guarantee your payment or cover you. Collect from your team or ur sponsor or whatever you do and you can just Venmo me the payment. It's $340 this year. I just ask you to Venmo me a couple days before as I have to bring cash up to pay the umpires.
I will always work with you. Soif you have a problem. Just
talk to me. Thanks, Steve
