I see the same communication skill level hasn't changed. maybe there is an education system breakdown . . .
did they remove the mat behind the plate at Norristown? so determining a strike becomes complicated and subjective to the umpire. how a pitch curves around the plate or over a plate becomes an interpretation . . . how the ball passes between your knee and arm pit at the plate becomes another interpretation . . .
oh . . they have a mat? where the hitter only has to be concerned about what hits the mat, removing the subjective interpretations of a strike? My bad, that have must be horrible for you.
by all means, please rip the ump and league commissioner in a public forum. it seems like appropriate response for you.
