Start the makeup games the Week of Monday July 30th and push out the last regular season week to the end.
Play out the makeup games, and then put the last week of the regular season at the end (whenever that occurs). This way it's guaranteed that all teams will get to play that last week and teams aren't sitting around cold prior to playoffs.
