1919 Joseph Wapner - Judge (The People’s Court)
The People's Court is still on with Judge Milian but outside the courtroom doors where the litigants are being interviewed hangs pictures of Judge Wapner and his bailiff Rusty Burell. I think that is a very nice tribute.
