He even wrote the little 30 second jingle played while the contestants are writing down their final Jeopardy question. I also read the way he came up with Wheel of Fortune is that his sister and he used to play Hangman all the time when they were kids. He fashioned Wheel after it. Smart man.

I just saw a clip of him tap dancing with Shirley Temple. It was quite a complicated number, and she kept right up with him. It was a really cute number. He was supposed to be the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz but was allergic to the silver stuff he had to cover his skin with. I guess it could have killed him.
